After resolving some difficulties under warranty coverage the president of the company personally flew from Florida to Los Angeles to himself make the template for replacing the old Nuteak on the swim step of my boat. When the material was ready he and his not-so-retired head installer returned to again personally remove and replace the old with the new. The result is impeccable and makes an older boat look fresh and newer again.
