The synthetic teak decking material is manufactured in Canada and sent to Nuteak distributors, synthetic teak fabrication companies and installers around the world.
The synthetic teak fabrication process always involves the same 3 basic steps:

STEP 1
Creating the template
You have the option to create the templates yourself or have them made by your nearest installer. The more accurate the template the better your deck will fit. Watch our templating tutorial if you would like to make your own.
STEP 2
Fabricating the panels
Building synthetic teak decks requires specialized training and tools. That is why in most cases customers will make a template and send it to a fabricator/installer to build the panels.
STEP 3
Installing the deck
Once your Nuteak panels have been fabricated, they simply need to be glued down. Your nearest installer can do this for you or you can do it yourself. Should you choose to do it yourself please contact us for the installation instructions and a list of recommended adhesives available in your area.
